Audience: Property Managers at Symphony Estates who need to be trained in how to screen applications or who need a review as requested by a supervisor.
Business Problem: The company's apartment census is below 80% due to property managers not following the screening process properly, resulting in renters defaulting.
Solution: This training is designed to decrease the rental default rate from 20% to less than 5%, 0% being the ideal goal, by implementing a standardized procedure for approving or denying applicants.

Level 2 - knowledge checks and graded scenario assessment
Level 3 - post-training interviews after three months of implementation for job performance comparison, and after six months there will be data analysis to determine if the business goals have been met

Business Problem: The hospice does not maintain a high enough in-house population to remain viable due to potential clients not receiving accurate information about what hospice service is and how to become a patient if desired.
Solution: Nurses will be able to provide potential clients with complete and accurate information needed to make an informed decision about becoming a hospice client, thus raising the in house population to a viable level.
